La chanson "There is a light that never goes out" des Smiths issue de l'album "The Queen is dead" datant de 1986 est probablement l'une des plus belles de ce groupe de légende! L'irrésistible plume de Morrissey mêlée à la sublime musique de Johnny Marr pour former un hymne mancunien inoubliable. Reprise par Noel Gallagher et Liam Fray en duo avec Miles Kane entre autre, cette merveilleuse composition fait partie intégrante du patrimoine anglais (à l'image des graffitis de Johnny Rotten à Londres ou du 221B Baker Street ^^).
